Clipboard Manager Upgraded to Package

The latest version of Clipboard Manager [1.0.0.5] has been upgraded from an Add-In to a package. There were just too many small bugs when using tool windows w/ add-ins, so in order to get reliable behavior across all versions of Visual Studio 2005, a package was necessary.

Plus, I can take advantage of some features that weren't available for add-ins, like a CommandBar inside the tool window or a specific window button in the "View > Other Windows" menu.

If you have Clipboard Manager [Add-In] installed, uninstall it before upgrading to the package.
